EMOTomo is an AI companion and AI character chat platform. You can chat (by text or voice) with fictional AI characters for conversation, entertainment, and personal reflection. The characters are not real people and have no professional qualifications, and EMOTomo is not a therapy, medical, or emergency service. Characters may "remember" details from your chats to personalize future conversations.
EMOTomo is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it, and by using EMOTomo you confirm that you are. The service offers mature, romantic-leaning companion content and is not directed to children. You are responsible for your use of EMOTomo and for following applicable laws.
You may need an account to access some features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate in some situations. You should independently evaluate important information.
EMOTomo is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional service. Content provided through EMOTomo is not professional advice.
You retain rights to content you submit, such as messages, prompts, and voice input. You grant EMOTomo permission to process that content to operate, secure, and personalize the service — including sending it to the AI model, voice, and infrastructure providers that power EMOTomo (see our Privacy Policy). Please do not share sensitive information you do not want processed.
EMOTomo, including its software, branding, design, and service content (excluding your submitted content), is owned by EMOTomo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
EMOTomo offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and auto-renewal are shown before purchase. Pro renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime in account settings. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required for safety/security, or if we discontinue parts of the service. You may stop using EMOTomo at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMOTomo is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. EMOTomo and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms over time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of EMOTomo after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
