1. Our content

EMOTomo's own software, characters, character art, voices, branding, and content are protected by intellectual-property laws (see our Terms). Do not upload, request, or distribute content that infringes others' copyrights or trademarks (see our Acceptable Use Policy).

2. Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content available through EMOTomo infringes your copyright, send a written notice to admin@emotomoai.com including:

• your contact information;
• identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf;
• your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our response

We may remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, and may suspend repeat infringers.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the corresponding information to the same address.
