Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

These guidelines apply to everything you do on EMOTomo — your messages and prompts, what you ask characters to generate, your profile, and any reports. They keep EMOTomo safe and lawful for everyone, and are part of our Terms of Service.
Zero tolerance — content involving minors. You must never use EMOTomo to create, request, describe, or share any sexual or romantic content involving minors, anyone under 18, or any character made to appear or behave as a minor ("age-play"), or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is strictly forbidden and will be reported to authorities where required by law.
1. Who may use EMOTomo
EMOTomo is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old. See our Age Policy.
2. Absolutely prohibited
- Any sexual or romantic content involving minors, or sexualizing anyone under 18 — including fictional characters and "age-play".
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
- Encouraging, instructing, or glorifying self-harm or suicide.
- Harassment, hate, threats, or content that demeans people based on protected characteristics.
- Illegal activity, including instructions for weapons, drugs, fraud, or malware.
- Doxxing or extracting private/personal data about real people.
- Impersonation, scams, or deceptive content.
- Attempts to bypass, jailbreak, or disable safety systems.
- Automated scraping, abuse, or attacks against the service.
3. Content boundaries for adults
EMOTomo characters can be warm, affectionate, and romantic. Explicit pornographic content is not the purpose of the service, and characters are designed to decline it and to keep affection non-explicit.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you submit and the prompts you give. AI responses are generated automatically and can be wrong; do not use EMOTomo to produce or spread harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
5. Reporting abuse
If you see content or behavior that breaks these guidelines, report it through the in-app report option or email admin@emotomoai.com. Reports involving minors are treated with the highest priority.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms, and we may report unlawful content to the authorities. See also our AI Safety notice.
